Chatbot analytics that show what customers really ask
Every conversation with your chatbot is a customer telling you what they need. Owlbee turns those conversations into a simple dashboard and an email report, so you can improve your chatbot and your website.
The numbers on your dashboard
Conversations and messages
How many people chatted and how many messages they sent, with a trend line by day or week.
Resolution rate
The share of conversations the visitor marked as resolved, with a breakdown of resolved, unresolved and still-open chats.
Calls booked
How many calls the chatbot booked in the period, if you use appointment booking.
Top questions
The questions asked most often, counted across every conversation so the common ones rise to the top.
AI keyword analysis
The topics and products that come up most, pulled out of the conversations by AI.
Busiest hour and day
When your visitors chat, which often turns out to be when your office is closed.
Pick the period you care about
Look at the last 7 or 30 days, last week, last month, or the last 3 or 6 months, or pick your own dates. Periods follow your own time zone, so "last week" means your Monday to Sunday.
Weekly and monthly email reports
Prefer not to log in? Opt in to email reports from your profile. A weekly report arrives on Monday at 8am and a monthly report on the 1st at 8am, both in your time zone. Choose which chatbots to include and add extra recipients such as a manager or a marketing agency. Every report is also kept in a Past reports archive, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Metrics worth watching
A few ways small businesses use these numbers:
- A falling resolution rate usually means customers are asking about something your training content does not cover.
- Repeated top questions are ready-made FAQ entries for your website, which can help your search rankings too.
- Busy evenings and weekends show the questions you would otherwise miss.
- Calls booked shows the chatbot's direct contribution to sales conversations.
